Scallop season is one of the busiest seasons in Steinhatchee. Charters fill up quickly so you need to reserve your spot with Marker One Flats Charters as soon as possible ! The Captains of Marker One Flats Charters will take you to where there is an abundance of scallop beds for a fun filled day of not only being able to limit out in scallops but also a chance to take in all the beauty and additional wildlife the Big Bend area of Florida has to offer.
Marker One Charters provides all your gear including mask snorkle and fins for all adult sizes. Children under roughly 13 may need to have their own gear. We run top of the line Tusa equiptment including a valved snorkle so water will not enter the snorkle when you dive and polarized masks to reduce glare.
We want you to enjoy your trip! With our 24 ft boat designed specifically for scalloping we have plenty of room for 6 adults and your belongings. Our scalloping boat has a large T-Top for shade and a custom built ladder that is very easy to enter and exit the boat
By fishing with one of our Captains, there is no need to purchase a fishing license. A half day charter scalloping trip (4 hours) is $400 and that will cover up to 6 people.
